These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MoodRx mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

MoodRx is a wellness and fitness application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content in the App — including workouts, supplement information, and wellness suggestions — is for informational and educational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or supplement program, especially if you have a medical condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or go to your nearest emergency room.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MoodRx. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

MoodRx offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription ("MoodRx Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those platforms' purchase terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription verification or payment systems

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or financial loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
